
Ibrahim Jacobi is a filmmaker, producer and film lecturer from Frankfurt am Main. He acquired his craft in England-London, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Film Studies and a Master of Arts in Filmmaking from Kingston University London.
Before his studies, Ibrahim was part of the Offenbach theater ensemble “Die Propagandistin” from 2004 to 2006, where he gained his first experience as an actor on stage.
Between his two university degrees, Ibrahim completed various further training courses in camera work and lighting, as well as film editing and directing at various institutions such as the London Film Academy, London Academy of Media, Film & TV and City University London.
After completing his master’s degree in 2015, Ibrahim worked for the BBC for almost a year as a freelancer, where he produced for the BBC Academy and for the TV magazine Xtra.
In 2016 Ibrahim returned to Frankfurt to produce and realize his second short film Timeout in cooperation with the art association “artes Forum”, Cinetopia Medienservice GmbH and the financial support of the Office for Multicultural Affairs Frankfurt.
In 2017, Ibrahim managed to land his most important and most complex contract via his network in London. For the Edinburgh production company Nostalgia Media, on behalf of the successful London television station AlAraby TV, he produced over a period of almost 3 years over 80 episodes of a 30-minute television documentary series with content about cinema.
Each episode dealt with a specific film topic. The series was shot in over 27 different countries worldwide, with television guests from the international film industry.
Ibrahim was the director/producer as well as the content writer of the TV show. A professional experience that enabled Ibrahim to expand his professional network.
After completing his assignment, Ibrahim produced another short film under his own label, GlobLoc FILMS, with the support of the Royal Film Commission in Jordan, named Cadence of The Valley.
In addition, Ibrahim produced and directed another documentary for the London-based production company Noon Films Ltd., about the renowned Jordanian medical institution The King Hussein Cancer Center.
In 2020 another film work was created in cooperation with the art association “artes Forum”. Supported by the Cultural Department Frankfurt am Main and the Hesse Ministry of Culture, Ibrahim realized the one-hour documentary Stories of Totalitarianism. The documentary work took up four films, treated the structures of totalitarianism as a topic and discussed them in detail in the documentation.
Since the winter semester of 2020, Ibrahim has been a lecturer at various academic institutions, where he teaches modules such as video journalism, casting for film and TV, audiovisual media and digital media to students.

Rama Ayasra has studied Digital Filmmaking at the SAE Institute in Amman and has earned a Bachelor of Arts from Middlesex University, London. During her studies, Rama has written and directed eight short films. Her work includes amongst others writing and directing the short film “Nos Lera”, free translated in English Fifty Cents.
Directing her first short documentary, “Crowded Sakeb”, has earned her the first recognition; she was awarded the audience prize at the Franco-Arab Film Festival in 2018.
On “Cadence of the Valley”, another successful short film, she again was the writer/director of the film, which has participated in 20 international film festivals winning more than 10 awards.
Rama now works as the producer/director of a TV program titled “Tales of Cinema”, which is airing on Alaraby TV. Rama has recently produced “Closure”, a short film directed by the young female Jordanian filmmaker Mooney Abu Samra in 2022.

Saif’s experience in the Jordan film and TV industry spans meanwhile over 10 years.
Saif has started off as a production assistant predominantly in graduate films of SAE final year students’ productions, co-produced by the Royal Film Commission – Jordan, some of which were awarded at international film festivals and earned recognition.
After a couple of years, he teamed up with Trio Art Productions where he worked as a cameraman as well as a content developer on different commercials and advertising campaigns.
Whilst still working with Trio Art Productions, Saif has discovered his passion for music; he started writing his own songs, performing an producing his own music videos under his label “Saifamee”. After having attracted attention, he started producing and shooting music videos for different music performers in the Amman independent music scene.
Saif went to carry on his career as director assistant, working for the well established Jordanian TV producer Issam Hajjawi; he was involved as a 2nd AD and script supervisor as well as casting assistant on different successful TV series such as “Alsabr Al Athoub”, “Reyah Al Smoum”, “Jalmoud Al Sahara and “Aroub” to name a few.
